In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"). We hereby inform you that we are processing your personal data and personal data of your child on the basis of a legal obligation. We process personal data in paper and electronic form.
The aforementioned Regulation requires us to inform you, the data subject, of the following facts concerning the processing and storage of your personal data:
The scope of personal data processing is the same as the data on the course application: child's name, date of birth, child's address, child's phone, child's course - course name, course period, day and hour of course, phone, name and email legal representative, as well as photographs, videos and audio recordings.
The purpose of processing is to keep records of association members and related activities (eg applications for subsidies, arranging insurance, etc.), application to the course - division of children into the course by age and experience, assignment to the course according to the course content, attendance, application for workshops, application of the system of apologies and compensation of individual lessons of the course, registration of course payments, accounting documents (receipts and expense receipts, invoices, etc.). We process photographs, videos and sound recordings for the purpose of marketing presentations (especially in promotional materials, leaflets), web presentations, presentations on social networks (eg Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and other information materials.
Personal data is passed on to organizations for registration in competitions in the range - name, surname, date of birth.
Personal data will be processed and stored for the entire duration of the purpose of processing (ie even after the member ceases to perform the activity for which the Administrator is registered). We process paper-based personal data in accordance with Accounting Act No. 563/1991 Coll. for the period strictly necessary, which is imposed by a legal obligation.
You have the right to request the Administrator to access, correct or delete personal data relating to you or your child, or to limit processing and to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability, electronically via ballet-koncert@email.cz.
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
